Commercial HVAC Field Technician Trainee

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration of HVAC systems.
• 💡 Utilize technical abilities to maintain systems effectively.
• 🤝 Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• ⛑️ Adhere to all safety measures on a daily basis.
• 🚗 Perform other duties as assigned, including overtime and weekend work.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 🏫 HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred (3.5 GPA, excellent attendance).
• 🛠️ 1+ years in a mechanical support role; HVAC experience preferred.
• 🌬️ EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• 🚗 Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• 🧗 Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• 📦 Moderate lifting (up to 90 pounds).
• 🔧 Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.
• 😊 Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• 💡 Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills.
• 🗓️ Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
• 🚀 Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• ✈️ Willingness to relocate after training completion.

💰 Compensation: $33,000 – $41,000 annually
