🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🗓️ Support content planning: ideation, content calendar, captions, and posting schedules.
- 📱 Assist in executing social media content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- 🎬 Do basic video editing for reels/shorts.
- 🚀 Help with campaign strategy: research, audience understanding, hooks/angles, content themes.
- 📊 Track content performance and assist with basic reporting.
- 🤝 Coordinate with the internal team for requirements, assets, and approvals.
- 💡 Stay updated with trends and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
- ⭐ Strong interest in digital marketing and social media content.
- ✍️ Good communication and basic copywriting skills.
- 🎨 Familiarity with tools like Canva and CapCut (or similar).
- 🧭 Organized, proactive, and open to feedback with a learning mindset.
