We are seeking a talented Senior Visual Designer to create clean, dynamic, and personality-driven visuals for a creative studio. This role blends creativity with strong design fundamentals across graphic design and motion graphics.
🎯 About the Role
As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visual assets that enhance motion graphics and contribute to the overall brand identity. You will also guide other designers and collaborate closely with the motion design team.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎨 Design visual assets for motion graphics
- 🎓 Guide other designers on design fundamentals
- 🤝 Collaborate with motion designers
- ✨ Experiment with different design styles
- 📌 Occasionally design posters, pitch decks, and event banners
- 📝 Create visual documentation: moodboards, references, and guidelines
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💼 3+ years in visual/graphic/UI design
- 📁 Strong portfolio across styles and formats
- 💻 Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
- 🧠 Solid grasp of typography, spacing, color, and layout principles
- 🎬 Some knowledge of how motion graphics work
- 👥 Experience working in collaborative creative teams
