🎯 About the Role

This internship focuses on building and validating LLM-based Rider Agents to serve as proxies for real users. You will work with agent-based modeling, machine learning, and causal inference to improve product interventions before online experimentation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 🐍 Proficiency with Python and production coding environments.
• 🧠 Hands-on experience with large language models or agent-based systems.
• 📚 Strong foundation in machine learning and empirical model evaluation.
• 💡 Ability to independently develop prototypes.
• 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 📊 Familiarity with A/B testing, causal inference, or experimental design.
