🎯 About the Role

This remote, unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, managing applicant pipelines, posting job descriptions, and assisting with screening and interviews, with potential for future paid employment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✍️ Draft, customize, and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• 🔍 Source candidate profiles using platform filters.
• 📱 Leverage social recruiting strategies to engage with potential candidates.
• 📄 Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• 📅 Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication.
• 🗣️ Assist in conducting candidate interviews, evaluating communication and cultural fit.
• 🗂️ Support documentation and record-keeping for recruitment processes.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 🤝 Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ⏱️ Ability to multitask and manage priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
• 🏠 Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, flexible environment.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
