• 🔍 Assess and analyze existing HR processes.
• 🤝 Participate in all recruitment stages, from pre-selection to offers.
• 📢 Post job openings on company career sites and other platforms.
• 📅 Schedule interviews for selected candidates.
• ✉️ Maintain candidate communication and update the applicant tracking system.
• 🗂️ Support the HR team with administrative tasks and projects.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Human Resources) or MBA.
• 👥 Team player with a results-oriented approach.
• 💻 Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 📝 Demonstrated ability to follow documented procedures.
• 💡 Excellent presentation, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
