Entrepreneur in Residence – Enterprise Sales Intern

Build an enterprise go-to-market strategy from the ground up for an AI-powered interviewing platform.

🎯 About the Role

Act as a founder for the enterprise sales vertical, responsible for hunting, qualifying, demoing, and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise customers. You will also establish the repeatable sales playbook, CRM discipline, and market feedback loops.

• 🤝 Prospect and engage enterprise companies.
• 💬 Conduct discovery calls to diagnose hiring pain points.
• 📊 Deliver product demos showcasing customer ROI.
• 📈 Negotiate and close contracts with key stakeholders.
• 💼 Manage post-sale account relationships.
• 📚 Document the sales playbook and processes.
• 📊 Track conversion rates and share insights with the product team.
• 🌐 Represent the company at industry events.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🚀 Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• 📞 Proven ability to self-source pipeline.
• 💡 Understanding of unit economics.
• 👩‍💻 Founder mentality with ownership of outcomes.
• ⚙️ Background in HR Tech, Recruiting, or Staffing is a plus.
• 👥 Existing network in the India startup/recruiting community is a plus.

💰 Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000
