HR Recruiter Intern

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and gain valuable HR experience within a dynamic logistics group.

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will assist in the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and helping onboard new hires. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌟 Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
• 📄 Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• 📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• 📈 Maintain applicant tracking sheets and update records regularly.
• 📢 Draft job descriptions and publish openings on relevant platforms.
• 🤝 Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected candidates.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 💡 Strong interest in recruitment and human resources practices.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 📋 Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• 💻 Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with job posting platforms.
