Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to back-end features, writing maintainable code, fixing bugs, and participating in code reviews.

• 🔧 Contribute to back-end features, writing maintainable code.
• 🐛 Fix bugs and participate in code reviews.
• 🤝 Collaborate with engineers and product team members to implement new functionality, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of core services.
• 💡 Learn and apply best practices in software development, testing, and documentation while working in an agile environment.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🧠 Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic systems concepts.
• 💻 Practical experience with Software Development and Programming in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go).
• 🌐 Knowledge of Back-End Web Development, such as APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• 🧱 Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to apply them in real projects.
• 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 🏠 Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, communicate clearly, and collaborate in distributed teams.
• 🔄 Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and basic software testing practices.
• 📈 Interest in finance or fintech products is beneficial but not required.
