🎯 About the Role

The intern will support social media marketing and employer branding activities, including creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across digital platforms. The role involves capturing workplace culture, employee experiences, company initiatives, and achievements through photos, videos, and other content formats.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📸 Capture and create engaging content showcasing workplace culture.
• 📱 Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• ✍️ Write captions and post descriptions aligned with the brand voice.
• 🎬 Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos).
• 🎨 Create basic social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• 📢 Support marketing campaigns and promote company milestones.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📸 Photography and mobile videography skills.
• 🎬 Basic video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar tools.
• 🎨 Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• 💬 Good written and spoken English.
• 💡 Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• 📱 Understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
• 🤝 Strong interpersonal communication.
