🎯 About the Role

This role involves understanding user experiences with healthcare billing and costs by talking directly with patients, providers, and stakeholders. You will help run customer discovery interviews, synthesize learnings, and assist in developing go-to-market ideas.

• 🤝 Work closely with a small team to turn insights into action.
• 📝 Help create simple materials and presentations to communicate learnings.
• 📊 Look at early performance metrics and user feedback to refine approach.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a Technical field.
• 📈 Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 📱 Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• 🚶 Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
