As a Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking domestic and international travel experiences. Your role involves understanding their needs, crafting personalized itineraries, and ensuring a seamless booking process.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Handle inquiries for domestic and international tour packages
- ❓ Understand customer travel requirements
- ✈️ Recommend suitable destinations and packages
- 💰 Sell customized and pre-designed tour packages
- 📄 Prepare and share professional quotations and itineraries
- 🗣️ Explain package details clearly
- 🤝 Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
- 📈 Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings
- 📧 Update CRM or internal sales records regularly
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🌍 2-3 years of experience in travel sales/tour package sales
- ✈️ Proven experience selling domestic and international holiday packages
- 🗺️ Good knowledge of popular travel destinations
- 🗣️ Strong communication and convincing skills
- 📞 Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills
- 🤝 Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities
- 📊 Ability to prepare quotations and itineraries
