This is a unique AI-first role where you'll leverage Claude Code to manage analytics workflows, build dashboards, and script automations.
🎯 About the Role
You will use Claude Code as your primary tool for writing SQL/Python, building dashboards, and documenting work in Git, driving multi-step agentic workflows end-to-end. This role offers full-stack data exposure from warehouse to BI and automation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🤖 Use Claude Code to write SQL/Python, build dashboards, and script automations.
- 📊 Build and maintain internal dashboards in Amazon QuickSight and Chart.js.
- 🗄️ Write and optimize SQL for lead, call, customer, and revenue analytics.
- ⚙️ Support daily data syncs and monitor nightly pipelines, triaging failures.
- 🏢 Work across Zoho CRM, Desk, Analytics, and Recruit systems.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✨ Demonstrable, hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code.
- 🧠 Deep working knowledge of Claude Code functionalities.
- 💡 Strong prompt & context engineering skills.
- 🧐 Healthy skepticism of AI output and ability to verify numbers/logic.
- 🐍 Working knowledge of Python for data (pandas; scripting).
- 🗄️ Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimization).
