This internship offers a comprehensive understanding of recruitment lifecycle management, from sourcing to onboarding. You will gain practical experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• 🌐 Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri to find candidates.
• 📊 Support talent mapping and market research.
• 🖥️ Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS.
• 🤝 Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• 📣 Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.

• 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⏰ Good organizational and time management abilities.
• 💻 Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or similar platforms.
• 📄 Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• 🖱️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
