Growth Marketer Intern

Take ownership of content, social media, and community engagement to drive visibility and growth for a digital marketing agency and its products.

🎯 About the Role

This is a real role with significant ownership, not a passive internship. You'll publish content, grow communities, and manage online presence, with support available when you reach for it. Success is measured by output, not hours.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✍️ Write and publish articles, guides, newsletters, social posts, and video scripts.
• 📈 Run day-to-day presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and short-form video.
• 💬 Be genuinely active in online communities (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Quora, Discord, etc.).
• 🔗 Help earn backlinks and mentions through valuable content and outreach.
• 🤖 Structure content for AI systems and help build mentions/citations for AI answers.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🌟 One or two internships, freelance gigs, or personal projects demonstrating relevant work.
• 📝 Strong writing skills are essential.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Real, active presence in online communities.
• 📊 Basic comfort with analytics (GA4, Search Console, social insights) or eagerness to learn.
• 🧭 Genuine self-direction and initiative.
