HR Intern

🎯 About the Role

Assist with managing candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR team efforts in talent sourcing and engagement. Learn HR best practices while contributing to the company's growth in a flexible, remote environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗄️ Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database
• 📅 Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback processes
• 📧 Engage with potential candidates through various communication channels
• 🔍 Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
• 📄 Participate in creating and organizing interview scheduling and assessments

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Basic office skills (communication, organization) preferred
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and time-management skills
• 📈 General knowledge of Boolean search techniques and job boards is a plus
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry
• 🤝 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• 💡 A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
