Graphic Designer Intern

This internship offers a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer the chance to contribute ideas and execute designs for a fast-growing martech agency. You'll work on impactful visual experiences for high-performance digital products and brands.

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Graphic Designer Intern with 6 months to 2 years of experience who can think beyond briefs to enhance overall design output. Your primary focus will be supporting web and digital product design, including website creatives, blog feature images, UI sections, and digital marketing visuals.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎨 Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital product interfaces.
• 🖼️ Design blog feature images, content visuals, and supporting graphics for web pages.
• 🖥️ Work on layout-based design elements aligned with modern web standards.
• 📏 Maintain consistency in design elements (colors, typography, layouts) across web properties.
• 💡 Proactively suggest ideas by analyzing brands, competitors, and design trends.
• 🧠 Contribute to improving overall visual output with fresh, innovative concepts.
• 🤝 Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams.
• ⏱️ Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎨 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design.
• 🌟 Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution (mandatory).
• 💡 Ability to independently ideate and execute designs.
• 🖼️ Experience creating website creatives, mood boards, and content-led design assets.
• 📚 Good understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, layout).
• 👂 Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly.
• 💻 Proficiency in Canva.
• 🛠️ Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• 🌐 Understanding of digital design, especially for web and content layouts.
• 💡 Strong creative mindset and ideation ability.
• 💪 Self-driven and proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
