Tackle data quality challenges and improve user experiences in fast-moving areas like Hotels and Activities, with potential conversion to a full-time role.

🎯 About the Role

This paid internship offers the opportunity to own and improve critical aspects of our product, focusing on data quality, user journeys, and system enhancements. You will work end-to-end on product initiatives, with direct exposure to engineering, design, and product management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Research and understand complex systems and data sources
• 📊 Analyze product performance and provide actionable recommendations
• 🚀 Take ownership of product features from idea to launch
• 📝 Define requirements and test user journeys thoroughly
• 🤝 Chase fixes with partners and maintain a clean backlog

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Final year or recent graduate, from a technical background
• 💻 Proficient in at least one programming language
• 🗣️ Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• 🤔 Think clearly and default to understanding the user's perspective
• 🗂️ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• 🤖 Comfortable integrating AI into daily work and judging its output
• 🔢 Comfortable working with large and messy datasets
• ❓ Willingness to ask basic questions and learn
• ✈️ Prior product experience, interest in travel, or industry exposure is a bonus
