Assist in developing and executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, working with various SFMC tools.
🎯 About the Role
This full-time internship involves assisting with the creation and execution of SFMC campaigns, including email templates, customer journeys, and data segmentation. You will also learn and work with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Assist in developing and executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns.
- 📧 Work with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- ✍️ Create and maintain email templates, content, data extensions.
- 👥 Assist with building and testing customer journeys.
- 📊 Support data management, audience segmentation, and campaign personalization.
- 💻 Learn and work with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💡 Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) concepts.
- 🎨 Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- 🔢 Basic understanding of SQL.
- 👨💻 Familiarity with JavaScript is an advantage.
- 📈 Understanding of email marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- 🧠 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 🤝 Good communication and teamwork skills.
