This role involves sourcing, verifying, and managing accurate lead data, playing a crucial part in the sales development process. You'll contribute to an environment where every idea is considered, fostering growth and learning.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Work closely with the SDR team to provide accurate and enriched lead data.
• 🛠️ Use tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io to extract and verify contact details.
• 🗃️ Build, clean, and maintain a structured database of potential leads.
• 🔄 Update and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate prospect information.
• 🏷️ Segment and categorize leads based on industry, company size, job title, and engagement levels.
• 📈 Track and analyze lead conversion rates, data accuracy, and outreach effectiveness.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in cold calling and outbound marketing.
• 💡 Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
• 💪 Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
