🎯 About the Role

You will be responsible for creating viral-potential reels, product videos, and diverse content for social media platforms. The role involves managing the content calendar, scripting, shooting, and editing high-quality visuals to tell the story behind unique products.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗓️ Build monthly content calendars for social platforms.
• 💡 Plan diverse content including reels, posts, and behind-the-scenes videos.
• 📝 Ideate and write short scripts for reels.
• 🎥 Shoot and edit high-quality reels with strong hooks and visual polish.
• 🎬 Convert office space into a content creation studio with suitable lighting and props.
• 📦 Create production-studio grade product content.
• 🗣️ Work closely with founders on brand voice and campaign direction.
• 📈 Stay updated with reel trends and viral content styles.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎬 Strong understanding of Instagram reels and short-form video.
• 🎥 Ability to shoot and edit videos independently.
• 🛠️ Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, Figma.
• 💡 Good sense of lighting, framing, angles, and product styling.
• 🎨 Interest in Indian art, culture, festivals, and visual storytelling.
• ⚡ Ability to work fast and consistently.
• 📍 Must be available in-office in Indore.

💰 Stipend: INR 8000 - 10000 (fixed + variable)
