🎯 About the Role

This role involves conducting engaging demo and regular classes for children, focusing on public speaking and creative writing skills. You will use a proprietary methodology to foster confidence and communication abilities in learners, impacting children across multiple countries.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗣️ Conduct demo classes as per the PlanetSpark content and methodology.
• ✨ Ensure an amazing demo experience for the child and parent.
• 📚 Conduct regular classes (post enrolment) using the in-house curriculum.
• 💬 Ensure timely feedback to the child.
• 🗓️ Adhere to the schedule for both demo and regular classes.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ Excellent Teaching skills.
• ⭐ Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• 🤝 Ability to build strong relationships with the child/learner and make the class fun-based learning.
• 💻 Tech savvy.
• 📚 At least 1 year of English Teaching experience.
• 💡 Willing to work 6 days a week (should be available on Saturdays & Sundays).
• ⏱️ Willing to invest 3-4 Teaching hours every day.
• 💻 Should have good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with Webcam.
