🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• 🎯 Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI, conversions, and engagement.
• 📊 Conduct A/B testing, CRO, and funnel analysis to enhance lead generation.
• 📉 Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and CRM dashboards.
• 📧 Manage email marketing campaigns and track content performance.
• 🤝 Collaborate with management to define marketing objectives and strategy.
• 🧑‍🏫 Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, paid media, or growth marketing.
• ⭐ Proven track record of optimizing digital campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI.
• ⭐ Hands-on experience with analytics tools, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• ⭐ Ability to mentor or lead small teams and drive results.
• ⭐ Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
