Finance Intern (EMI Financing)

Support EMI financing operations by assisting with transaction processing, partner coordination, and financial record maintenance.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves assisting with the processing and monitoring of customer financing transactions, coordinating with lending partners, and maintaining financial records. You will gain experience in finance operations, consumer lending, and reconciliation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💳 Assist in processing and monitoring customer EMI financing transactions.
• ✅ Verify customer and transaction details as per internal processes and financing partner requirements.
• 🤝 Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams regarding EMI cases.
• 📊 Track financing applications from initiation through disbursement and settlement.
• 🧾 Maintain accurate records of EMI transactions, approvals, cancellations, and settlements.
• 🔄 Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of EMI transactions against reports.
• 🔍 Identify and escalate discrepancies in transaction amounts or settlements.
• 📈 Assist in preparing MIS reports related to EMI sales and settlements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or related finance/accounting course.
• 📊 Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• 💻 Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• 🔍 Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• 🗣️ Good communication and coordination skills.
