HR Intern

Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

🎯 About the Role

This role provides exposure to end-to-end HR processes. You will assist in identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates, as well as supporting employee joining and exit formalities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Assist in identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• 📄 Understand job descriptions and source suitable candidates.
• 🌐 Work on social media platforms and job portals for talent sourcing.
• ⚙️ Support in developing and improving hiring protocols.
• ✅ Facilitate employee joining and exit formalities.
• 🗂️ Maintain and update employee documentation and records.
• 🤝 Assist in conducting induction and onboarding programs.
• 🎉 Support HR activities like grievance handling and engagement initiatives.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📅 Preferred 2023 - 2026 passed-out candidates.
• ⭐ Prior experience in recruitment is mandatory (IT recruitment experience is a plus).
• 🤝 Prior at least 1 internship experience in HR or related field.
• 🤖 Must have knowledge of AI Tools.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🗂️ Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• 💻 Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• 💡 Interest in HR operations and talent acquisition.

💰 Stipend: Paid internship
