🎯 About the Role
We are looking for a WordPress Support & Troubleshooting Intern who can troubleshoot websites beyond the WordPress dashboard. The candidate should have an interest in understanding the complete website infrastructure — from the domain and DNS to hosting/server configuration, cPanel, WordPress files, databases and the WordPress admin panel.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🛠️ Handle day-to-day WordPress website support and maintenance tasks.
- 🔍 Investigate website issues systematically and identify the root cause rather than applying temporary fixes.
- ⚙️ Troubleshoot issues across WordPress, website files, databases, hosting, DNS, domain and SSL layers.
- 📚 Research documentation, technical forums and developer resources to find solutions to unfamiliar problems.
- ✅ Implement fixes where appropriate and verify that the website is functioning correctly after changes.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 💡 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- 🔍 Ability to independently research and find solutions.
- 🧠 Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress.
- 🌐 Understanding of website hosting and server concepts.
⏳ Duration: 3 months
