This internship focuses on defining the brand's presence across social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram. You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and driving organic growth from the ground up.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎬 Concept, film, and edit short-form video content.
• 📈 Spot and act on emerging social media trends.
• 🗓️ Own and manage the content calendar for consistent posting.
• 💬 Grow organic reach through genuine community engagement.
• 📊 Track content performance and adjust strategy based on results.
• 👥 Scout and build relationships with UGC creators and micro-influencers.
• 💡 Bring original ideas to the brand's voice and visual identity.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program.
• 🏙️ Based in or near New York City.
• 📱 Genuinely fluent in TikTok/Instagram culture.
• 🎥 Experience shooting and editing short-form video.
• 📈 Proven ability to grow personal or brand accounts (bonus).
• 🚶 Self-directed and comfortable moving fast without extensive guidance.
• 🌃 Interest in nightlife, hospitality, or consumer tech (bonus).
