This role involves managing social media platforms, creating compelling marketing content, and running digital ad campaigns to generate leads for PG and rental accommodation services.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📱 Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• ✨ Create engaging posts, reels, graphics, and marketing content using Canva/Adobe.
• 🚀 Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
• 💬 Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• 🗓️ Plan and manage content calendars based on marketing goals.
• 🎯 Run and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
• 📊 Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• ✍️ Collaborate with SEO team on blogs and landing pages.
• 🔍 Research digital trends, competitors, and audience preferences.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 🎨 Creative mindset with strong writing and visual communication skills.
• 📱 Familiarity with social media and current digital trends.
• 🎨 Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop preferred.
• ⭐ Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and good at time management.
• 🌟 Passionate about storytelling, branding, and engaging content.
