🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📢 Post job openings and internship opportunities across platforms.
• 📄 Screen and shortlist candidates for various roles.
• 🗓️ Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• 📑 Assist with onboarding documents and HR records.
• 📊 Maintain candidate database and prepare reports.
• 🗣️ Conduct exit interviews and feedback surveys for employees.
• 🤝 Engage with existing interns to improve retention and motivation.
• 💬 Contribute to company culture activities and internal communications.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• ⭐ Basic knowledge of recruitment process or HR concepts.
• ⭐ Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) & Zoho Sheets.
• ⭐ Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• ⭐ Availability of minimum 3 months.
