🎯 About the Role

RYSE is building intelligence for businesses in the real economy. As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work closely with the founders to support critical areas of growth, including hiring, event coordination, and intern management. This role is for someone who not only participates but actively makes things happen.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Coordinate hiring from application screening to onboarding.
• 🚀 Run the coordination for campus initiatives, hackathons, and events.
• 🎯 Manage Product/Development and Design interns' day-to-day tasks.
• 📄 Ensure basic People Ops functions like documentation and attendance are maintained.
• 📈 Support founders in executing strategic directions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing an MBA or recently completed one.
• 🏆 Proven experience in running college fests, clubs, or similar initiatives.
• 📝 Polished communication skills for external correspondence.
• 🛠️ Scrappy and organized approach to task management.
• 🧘 Calm demeanor under changing plans.
