🎯 About the Role
This program is designed for aspiring UI designers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. You will work on actual product interfaces, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎨 Create clean, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- 🗺️ Map out user journeys by building low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- 🧩 Utilize existing design components and help build scalable style guides.
- 👨💻 Work closely with developers to translate designs into code, iterating based on feedback.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✨ Passionate about visual design and eager to learn.
- 🖌️ Solid grasp of industry-standard design tools, primarily Figma (or Adobe XD / Sketch).
- 📐 Familiar with fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, and spacing.
- 💡 Bonus Points: An eye for UX logic, basic understanding of HTML/CSS, or a starter portfolio.
- ❓ Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
