This is an open collaboration program designed for aspiring backend developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. Whether you are self-taught, a boot-camp graduate, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space to write production code, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Build APIs & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
• 🗄️ Manage Databases: Set up and manage databases, write efficient queries, and ensure data security.
• 🐛 Debug & Optimise: Troubleshoot server-side issues, fix bugs, and optimize application performance.
• 🤝 Collaborate on Code: Use Git and GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 Passionate about backend development and eager to learn.
• 💻 Solid grasp of at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP).
• 📊 Familiar with the basics of relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• 🔧 Bonus: Hands-on experience with backend frameworks, API testing tools, or cloud deployment.
• 🤔 Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
