This is an open collaboration program for aspiring backend developers to write production code, build their portfolio, and learn alongside an experienced team. Contribute from anywhere with flexible scheduling and receive direct mentorship.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Build APIs & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side logic
- 🗄️ Manage Databases: Set up, manage databases, and write efficient queries
- 🐞 Debug & Optimise: Troubleshoot server-side issues and optimize application performance
- 🔄 Collaborate on Code: Use Git and GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💻 Passionate about backend development and eager to learn
- 🌐 Solid grasp of at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP)
- 🔧 Familiarity with relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) databases
- 💡 Bonus: Experience with backend frameworks, API testing tools, or cloud deployment
- 🤔 Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions
