This program is designed for aspiring UX designers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. You will solve actual user problems, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Help conduct user research, analyze competitor products, and gather qualitative feedback.
• 🗺️ Create user personas, information architecture, and user flows to structure product interaction.
• ✍️ Draft low-fidelity wireframes and build interactive prototypes for usability testing.
• 📈 Run basic usability tests, analyze results, and iterate on solutions to improve user experience.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 Passionate about human-centered design and eager to learn.
• 🧠 Solid grasp of UX methodologies (empathy mapping, user flows, wireframing).
• 🛠️ Basic proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, or Miro.
• ⚖️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on logic and usability.
• ✨ Bonus points: Written a UX case study, understand basic UI principles, or have experience conducting user interviews.
• ❓ Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
