You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify prospects to understand their business needs. The role requires preparing and presenting proposals, following up with clients, and maintaining CRM records.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ Handle inbound inquiries from website, ads, and referrals.
- ๐ฃ Build prospect lists and run outbound outreach.
- ๐ Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements.
- ๐จโ๐ผ Schedule and attend client audit calls.
- ๐ Prepare and present proposals with the founder.
- ๐ฐ Follow up and close deals, including advance payment collection.
- โ๏ธ Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
- ๐ Report weekly on sales activities.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Good spoken and written English.
- ๐ Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads).
- ๐ผ 1 โ 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- โ๏ธ Willingness to do outbound calling and follow-up.
