🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for someone who is strong with numbers, comfortable with accounts, organised with records, and interested in learning how costing and quotations work in the printing and packaging industry.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💰 Preparing quotations and maintaining costing records.
- 💻 Working with estimation and costing software.
- 📦 Maintaining stock and inventory records.
- 🧾 Keeping purchase, consumption and related records updated.
- ⚖️ Checking, tallying and reconciling records regularly.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 📈 Working knowledge of accounting principles.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and calculations.
- 💰 Understanding of costing and financial calculations.
- 🧾 Knowledge of purchase, sales, invoices and expense records.
- 📦 Ability to maintain and reconcile stock and inventory records.
