🎯 About the Role
This role involves providing first-level technical support, collaborating on a strategic capstone project, and gaining exposure to cybersecurity practices. You'll work closely with Service Desk and Cybersecurity teams, learning enterprise IT service management tools and best practices.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🖥️ Provide first-level technical support to end-users via the Freshservice ticketing system.
- ⚙️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms.
- 🔒 Shadow the Cybersecurity team to understand threat monitoring and incident response.
- 🤝 Work with fellow interns across departments on a strategic capstone project.
- 📝 Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks and document solutions.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Current Juniors or Seniors pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
- 🗣️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 💻 Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
- 🧠 Interest in cybersecurity and IT operations.
- 📊 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
