🎯 About the Role
This is a remote Node.js Developer Intern role. The intern will assist in building and maintaining back-end services using Node.js for products across the Small Fare™ portfolio.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Implement APIs and integrate with databases
- 💻 Write clean and testable code
- 🤝 Collaborate with front-end developers to support user-facing features
- 🐛 Help debug issues and participate in code reviews
- 📝 Contribute to technical documentation
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💡 Foundational skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- ⭐ Strong interest in Node.js and RESTful APIs
- 🧑💻 Proficient in JavaScript and comfortable with modern JavaScript tooling
- 🌐 Basic knowledge of Front-End Development concepts
- 🔗 Exposure to state management patterns and tools such as Redux.js
- ⚙️ Familiarity with Git/version control is beneficial
- 💡 Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) is beneficial
💰 Stipend: No stipend
