🎯 About the Role

The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished construction chemical products. This involves laboratory testing, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🧪 Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• 📝 Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.
• 🏭 Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• 📦 Approve or reject raw materials and finished products based on test results.
• 🔄 Investigate customer complaints and support root cause analysis.
• 📈 Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, safety standards, and GLP.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🔬 B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• 👩‍🔬 Freshers with good technical knowledge or 1–3 years of QC experience in related industries.
• 🗜️ Knowledge of construction chemical products and laboratory testing methods.
• 🧮 Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• 💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
