Design a groundbreaking new software product in the kids category from conception to launch, shaping the future of family tech.

🎯 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to own the design of a 0-to-1 product in the kids category. You will be responsible for research, user flows, visual language, and the initial shipped version, while also contributing to the existing Cradlewise app and web portal.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Design a 0-to-1 product in the kids category, from discovery to release.
• 🎨 Create a visual language appealing to both kids and parents.
• 📱 Design and improve the Cradlewise app and web portal.
• 🧪 Prototype fast, test with real families, and iterate quickly.
• 🔄 Contribute to the design system for consistency across products.
• 🤝 Work directly with founders, product, tech, content, and marketing.
• ✅ Keep designs accessible and grounded in human-factors principles.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✅ 3–5 years of experience in product/UI/UX design.
• ✅ Portfolio showcasing modern digital interface work.
• ✅ Thorough understanding of the design process, research, and user journeys.
• ✅ Understanding and implementation of accessibility standards and human factors.
• ✅ Positive attitude, willingness to iterate quickly, and a strong bias for action.
• ✅ Passion for design and simplifying complex problems.
• ✅ Humble team player with strong communication skills.
• ✅ High proficiency in design tools like Figma and AI tooling.
• ✅ Ability to learn and use analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity).
