🎯 About the Role
This role offers hands-on experience in creator operations, customer experience, affiliate marketing, and influencer campaigns. You will work directly with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth platform operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💬 Handle creator/user queries and resolve platform issues.
- 🔗 Assist with Instagram and social account linking/troubleshooting.
- ⭐ Support affiliate feature execution and creator coordination.
- 📣 Coordinate influencer campaigns, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- 📊 Maintain creator databases, trackers, and reports.
- ⬆️ Escalate technical issues to internal teams.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Freshers or 0–1 year experience.
- 🗣️ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- 📱 Comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel.
- 🎯 Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
- 💖 Interest in social media, creators, and influencer marketing.
