🎯 About the Role

SUBO is looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to join their growing team and work closely with the founders and team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• 🤝 Source and screen candidates across different roles.
• 💬 Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• 📊 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• 📝 Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• 🎉 Support employee engagement and internal activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduates pursuing HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✅ Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• 💻 Good working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office.
• 🚀 Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
