This is a hands-on internship focused on managing and creating content for social media platforms, engaging with online communities, and contributing to marketing efforts for clients and internal products. You will have significant autonomy and opportunities to learn and grow.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📣 Manage day-to-day social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• ✍️ Create and publish social media posts, reels, short-form videos, and other content.
• 🗓️ Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar.
• 💬 Respond to comments and DMs in the brand's voice.
• 📈 Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
• 💡 Repurpose content into multiple formats and research trending topics.
• 🤝 Build engagement through various online communities like Reddit, Quora, and Discord.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📊 Basic understanding of SMO and social media trends.
• 🗣️ Good communication and writing skills.
• 🎨 Creativity and comfort creating posts, reels, and videos.
• 📱 Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Facebook.
• 🛠️ Familiarity with Canva/CapCut is a plus.
• 🚀 Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• 🌱 Willingness to experiment, learn, and grow.
