🎯 About the Role

This execution-heavy role involves managing all aspects of the brand's daily digital presence. You will directly report to the Founder, gaining significant exposure to marketing strategy, content creation, and campaign management in the healthtech sector.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📱 Plan and publish content across social media platforms.
• 🖼️ Create posts, reels, and short-form videos using Canva.
• ✍️ Write engaging captions and copy in Odia and English.
• 🌐 Manage the company's LinkedIn page.
• 🚀 Run app download and waitlist campaigns.
• 🛠️ Handle basic App Store Optimization.
• 🤝 Support brand ambassador and referral programs.
• 📢 Coordinate local influencer and campus outreach.
• 💬 Manage community engagement.
• 📊 Run small-budget paid campaigns and track performance.
• 🗓️ Maintain content calendar and posting cadence.
• 📸 Support blood donation drives with on-ground content capture.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Fluency in Odia and English (spoken and written).
• 🎨 Hands-on Canva skill and video editing experience.
• 📈 Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms.
• ✍️ Ability to write compelling hooks.
• 🎥 Comfortable being on camera or shooting content.
• 🚀 Self-starter who ships without daily supervision.
• 💻 Own laptop and smartphone.
• 🎓 Final year students or recent graduates welcome.
