🎯 About the Role

This Co-Op program offers the opportunity to step into the shoes of a full-time employee within a brewery, taking ownership of projects that lead to process improvements. You will report on deliverables, build relationships with team members, and present your final project outcomes to senior leadership.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Current university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree (GPA 3.0+).
• 💡 Background in Engineering, Science, or Environmental/Safety is helpful, but all majors are accepted.
• 🌍 Geographical & functional mobility – open to different functions and locations across the U.S.
• 🔄 Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime.
• 🚶 Ability to walk up and down elevated catwalks and stairs, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
• 🧠 Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions.
• ⭐ Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

💰 Compensation: $26 per hour
