Recruiting Intern

Support talent acquisition efforts and contribute to candidate experience initiatives within a mission-driven financial services organization.

🎯 About the Role

This spring part-time internship offers exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to improve processes within the Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with the Advisor Growth Center of Excellence to support recruiting operations and learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌟 Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of diverse candidates.
• ✉️ Participate in candidate outreach and communication, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• 🤝 Collaborate with recruiting specialists and leaders to identify process improvements.
• 📑 Shadow and support the implementation of the Recruiting Playbook.
• 📊 Learn to use systems like Workday and CRM tools to manage candidate data.
• 🗓️ Help coordinate logistics for onboarding, intern events, and offboarding.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Current college junior, senior, or recent college graduate.
• 📄 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 🤝 Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 💡 Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• 🏠 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday or CRM tools is a plus.
• 💯 Takes personal responsibility for work quality and complies with confidentiality.

💰 Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
