Help grow T360's client base and build meaningful founder relationships in a fast-scaling company environment.

🎯 About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is not only enthusiastic about startups but also wants to understand and contribute to real business building — from cold outreach to client acquisition. You will work directly with the CEO and core team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Conduct targeted outreach to founders and CXOs via LinkedIn, email, and phone
• 💡 Develop and refine prospecting strategies and outreach messaging
• 📊 Research and build a pipeline of high-potential startup leads
• 🤝 Support discovery calls and sales pitches
• 🗄️ Maintain CRM systems
• 📈 Analyze outreach performance and optimize campaigns
• ⭐ Contribute to the overall growth strategy of T360
