This internship provides hands-on experience within Tyler Technologies' Courts & Justice team. You will work closely with Product Analysts, assisting in the review of requirements and improvements throughout the software development life cycle.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📝 Learn and analyze customer business requirements.
- 💡 Assist the product team with documenting and designing product solutions.
- ✅ Assist with writing and executing test plans.
- 🔍 Help analyze issues and research solutions.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Sciences, Management, Marketing, Technical Writing, or related disciplines.
- 📈 GPA of 3.00 or higher (or equivalent) in major.
- 🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills.
- 🧠 Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- 🗂️ Strong organizational skills.
- 💡 Strong analytical ability, especially in a technical environment.
- 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office.
