We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join Upride and directly contribute to our growth. This role involves acquiring customers, converting leads, and providing exceptional service in a high-growth startup environment. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Contact and qualify inbound leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• 🤔 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• ✅ Convert enquiries into successful bookings.
• 🔄 Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
• 🗂️ Maintain customer information and sales updates in the CRM.
• 🤝 Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and scheduling.
• 🎯 Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• ⭐ Collect customer feedback to improve the sales process.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 💼 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage).
• 💪 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• 🏢 Comfortable working in a target-driven startup environment.
• 📊 Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus.
• 😊 Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
