This role involves the end-to-end administration and customization of the Variablesoft CRM system. You will be responsible for designing workflows, managing lead lifecycles, building reports, and integrating the CRM with other essential platforms.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ⚙️ Manage end-to-end administration of Variablesoft CRM.
- 📈 Design and maintain workflows, automation rules, and approval processes.
- 📊 Build dashboards, custom reports, and analytics.
- 🔗 Manage integrations with email, telephony, and other platforms.
- 🧠 Continuously optimize CRM processes and data quality.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💻 2–6 years of hands-on experience with Variablesoft CRM.
- 💡 Strong understanding of workflow automation and module customization.
- 📈 Experience building reports and dashboards.
- 👥 Good understanding of sales pipeline management.
- 🗣️ Strong analytical and communication skills.
